Bought a lovely fireplace and fire a lot to choose from,
Terrible. Installed a fire for my mother with a part missing so she had to collect the part herself then it still didn't work. After many phone calls someone came to look at it and he couldn't get it working. Kept being told someone would call round and they didn't arrive. Eventually it was only sorted when my sons found the problem and rectified it. Avoid this place at all costs!!!

I bought a fire and marble surround off unique fireplaces 6 months ago and must say the information I was provided with has been spot on. I was after a very efficient fire that would be cheap to run. The staff were very helpful and knowledgeable. I spoke with the manager who was a very jovial character but also a pleasure to deal with and treated me and my wife with respect. I would definitely recommend this company if you are looking to buy a new fire.
Great service from start to finish, both in terms of customer service and the actual fitting of the fireplace itself. Couldn't fault, won't need another fireplace now for a good while but would definitely recommend to anyone who is.
